SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@blancandgris.com

SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S (does not apply to already discounted items). Orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx Ground, depending on the size, dimensions, weight and origination of the order.  We do not ship to locations outside of North America and U.S. territories.

 

SPECIAL REQUEST DELIVERY TIMES
Generally we use regular ground shipment through FedEx or UPS. If you require your order on a specific day, you will need to upgrade your shipment to an express method.  To make these arrangements, please call us at

Please be aware from time-to-time shipping companies may be unable to meet estimated delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances that are completely out of their control. Blanc and Gris, its partners and other third parties are not liable or held liable for any damages outside of refunds of actual shipping costs paid by the customer. In the event if this happens, we will provide a full-when the product(s) is returned.

 

HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO
Additional charges and policies may apply. At checkout, these charges are not applied. For some locations - estimated shipping charges are applied during the checkout process. Once your order is received, we will call to inform you of the additional shipping charges before processing your order. CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Apologies, we do not accept, process or ship orders to Canada or anywhere outside of the U.S and U.S territories.

RETURN POLICY

Blanc and Gris want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full 30-day money back guaranteed. A small 15% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of administration. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

 

CANCELLATION

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

 

DAMAGES
While Blanc and Gris work very hard to ensure you receive your package in perfect conditions. We understand sometimes products are damaged during transit. 

When your order arrives please inspect the packaging of your item(s), if you notice any damage please have your driver make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damage, please refuse the shipment and have the driver note the packaged was refused because of damage. Please notify us of the damage by sending us an email to returns@lebebechic.com, we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective from the manufacturer, please contact us at returns@blancandgris.com within 5 business days to schedule a return within 30 days under these conditions. We'll make arrangements for our carrier to contact you and schedule a pick-up of your return. (Note: Return shipping charges will apply.)

In the case of damaged or defects that may occur for accessory parts, such as trays or wheels - we are unable to send replacements. Please contact the manufacturer directly to see if you can arrange for these types of replacements.
